It also encompasses advice on caring for newborns including help with breastfeeding and sleeping issues.
Now a practicing private midwife, Lesley offers support to families through hospital and home births. The book was a project that started as a plan to produce an information leaflet to help her clients that turned into a full blown publishing project as she realised the extent of the knowledge she had to share.
