A small Yorkshire Dales hotel with a big ranking has proven once again that it is regular improvement, attention to detail and excellent food that ticks all the boxes for the AA inspectors.
Owners John and Sue Rudden were delighted with the findings of the AA report which read “It was an absolute pleasure to return to The Grassington House Hotel where the standards, quality and comfort continue to impress. All areas are beautifully presented and there is a well-cared for feel throughout. There are many strengths and the individually styled bedrooms meet expectations very well. The two newly re-furbished rooms Number 10 & Number 11 have been completed to an excellent standard,-richly decorated and furnished with wonderful attention to detail. Constant upgrading takes place to ensure the standards are kept high and The Grassington House is correctly rated at FIVE STARS!”
Susan masterminds the interior design at the hotel among many other aspects of the hotel’s management while John exercises his creative flair in the kitchen. She acknowledged the hard work of their employees saying “This is why we do what we do; what a team and what a great start to 2014”.
